INSURANCE COVERAGE
The Company's insurance coverage of subject
aircraft ends with acceptance and final payment of the aircraft. During the training period, with a company
instructor pilot in the aircraft, the company requires that it be named on the
insurance policy as additionally insured and further, that the insurance
company issues a waiver of subrogation in favor of The Company.
In
other words, no flight training can begin until these requirements are
satisfied. Once the training is
completed, The Company has no
further insurance requirements.
