PRICE ESCALATORS
Periodically, but at least once a year, The Company is obligated to raise its prices
on aircraft, options and spare parts, due to increased costs of labor and
supplier price increases to Lake Aircraft.
Prices quoted in this proposal, therefore, are time
sensitive.
The Company
will guarantee prices quoted by signed contract and deposit.
